Here's what you'll need.

2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 TBLS rum flavored extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp butter flavored extract
3/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
chopped walnuts (optional)

Here's what you do.

1.  In a medium bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream into stiff peaks.
2.  In a separate large bowl, whisk the sweetened condensed milk with the spices and extracts.
3.  Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Gently whisk just until blended.
4.  Pour into a freezer-safe jar or container, cover and freeze for six hours.

Serve with a sprinkling of chopped walnuts and a pinch of freshly ground nutmeg. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.

That's it. No really. It's that easy!
